Every answer traces to its source

When the system answers a question it points to the exact document and passage it drew from. Nothing is invented. If your documents do not contain the answer, it tells you plainly instead of guessing.

Every access is logged

Who asked, what was retrieved, and when: recorded to an append-only trail you can export. This is the audit evidence your compliance and privacy obligations require, built in from day one.

Deployed where the law requires it

For general business knowledge we can run in a hosted environment under a signed data processing agreement. For health information under Ontario PHIPA or Alberta HIA, and for other regulated data, we deploy on infrastructure you control, in province, with the required agreements executed before a single document is ingested. The deployment matches your obligations, not the other way around.
